Anil Kapoor in Bruce Willis' role
Anile Kapoor is quite probably the eldest and most experienced actor on this list, with the exception of maybe Sanjay Dutt, but also one who is also quite active in the industry today. His age and veteran status has not slowed down the star however, as he seamlessly transitions from older characters ('Dil Dhadakne Do') and still maintains the gusto of a former action star as well. ('24')
Kapoor is also no stranger to Hollywood, having been involved in multiple projects from 'Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol' to 'Slumdog Millionaire'. This also wouldn't be the first time Kapoor is involved in a Bollywood version of a Hollywood project, given he himself remade and is starring in the Indian version of Fox's hit TV Series, '24'. So it would even make smart business sense for Sahay to include a Bollywood actor that walks in both worlds.
Kapoor would be the perfect choice to fill the shoes of Bruce Willis, who initially appears in a cameo role near the end of the first film, however, expands his presence by the sequel. Kapoor could easily handle the dapper-ness required of him initially, while transforming into a complete action hero by the sequel, if it eventually comes to that.
And speaking of potential sequels...
