Ranbir Kapoor to begin shooting for Sanjay Dutt biopic in January 2017

We had reported that Ranbir Kapoor was roped in to play the lead in the Sanjay Dutt biopic which was being made by Rajkumar Hirani. Due to some problems, the project kept getting delayed.

After Sanjay Dutt got released from jail this year, it was learnt that the actor was in two minds about the film as he wasnt sure he was ready to show his life on big screen. Rajkumar Hirani used to visit him often and narrate the storylines. Well, now we have learned that the project is happening for sure and Ranbir Kapoor all set to start shooting for it from January 2017.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for his upcoming romance drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which also features Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan. Directed by Karan Johar, the film is slated to release on October 28.
