Whether it is Kabul Express or New York, the Jodi of John Abraham and Kabir Khan has been unconventional yet successful. They are all set to revive their pair again but this time reportedly for a web series.

We had earlier mentioned that after wrapping up Tubelight, Kabir Khan will be working on recreating his documentary The Forgotten Army into a mini web series. Now, it is being said that John Abraham has been approached to play the lead in the same. Although Kabir continues to refuse to divulge the name of the top star associated with his series, we hear that the actor and filmmaker were keen to collaborate on a project and considered this as one of the apt opportunities.

On the other hand, Kabir Khan who is equally excited about the series revealed a few details about the same asserting that an international cast will be a part of this series even though it is predominantly in Hindi. He also assured that the actors will speak in the language they are comfortable with and also proudly added that it is being made on a mega budget, even bigger than his films.

The Forgotten Army, which will have 40 minutes episodes, will be shot extensively in Singapore, Thailand, Burma and Malaysia.
