Here s why Boney Kapoor was missing from Anil Kapoor s 60th birthday celebration

Anil Kapoor s family threw a lavish birthday celebration for the ever-young Kapoor in London when he turned 60 on December 24. While the entire extended clan of Anil s family from wife and children to brother Sanjay Kapoor with wife Maheep along with distant relatives and close friends were present, Anil s elder brother Boney Kapoor and the man who was prominently responsible for giving shape to Anil s career initially, was nowhere to be seen at Anil s birthday bash.

Boney s son Arjun Kapoor who is very close to Anil s daughter Sonam joined his cousins in celebrating Anil s 60th birthday. Varun Dhawan was also at the bash along with his girlfriend.

Tongues set off wagging about a possible fall-out between the two brothers. However Anil puts all speculation to rest saying, Aisa kuch bhi nahin hai. The only reason Boney couldn t come to London for the party was because he had extremely important appointments back home, including one with A R Rahman. We Kapoors have always put work ahead of our personal lives.
