Here s how Arjun Rampal plans on taking a break from films

After two back-to-back lauded performances in Rock On 2 and Kahaani 2 Arjun Rampal is all set to take time off for a retreat from civilization. He now flies off to Mexico for time off for himself.

Says Arjun, That s right. I am out of the country for ten days for meditation. No baggage, no communication, no family or friends. Just me and my solitude. Sometimes a man needs to just collect his thoughts together.

Arjun who turned 44 this month says he is happy with the way his life and career are going. I think I always wanted the life that I am now leading. So no complaints.

The reviews for Kahaani 2 have singled him out for praise. It feels good be praised. But my self-worth doesn t depend on reviews. I do the work I believe in. It may not work at the box office or with critics. But that doesn t take away from my faith in what I do.
