FIR filed for theft at Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s house

Aamir Khan may be busy readying for the release of his next venture Dangal, but the actor s wife, filmmaker Kiran Rao recently faced a crisis at home. In fact Rao s house was burgled with over Rs. 80 lakhs worth of jewellery going missing.

The said jewellery includes an expensive ring and a diamond necklace. Rao s relatives filed a formal complaint at the Khan police station for the theft. Following the complaint, the Khar police have registered a first information report (FIR) under section 380 (theft in dwelling house, etc) of the Indian Penal Code.
