Deepika Padukone to do an item number in Raabta

Deepika Padukone seems to be one of the busiest personalities in the industry today. After recently wrapping up shooting for her Hollywood film XXX: Xander Cage Returns and shooting an advertisement for a real estate major, we hear that Deepika will now feature in the currently under production Dinesh Vijans Raabta.

Deepika Padukone and Dinesh Vijan who have worked together in the past on films like Finding Fanny,Cocktail and Love Aaj Kal share a good rapport, and thanks to this, the actress agreed to feature in Dineshs directorial debut Raabta. However, while Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput play the lead roles in the film, Deepika will be seen doing a special dance number. While this wont be a first for Deepika as she has previously too done the popular item number Dum Maaro Dum in 2011, we need to wait and watch if the new track for Raabta that will also be composed by Pritam will be as big a chartbuster.

As for the film, Raabta that is said to be a romantic drama, is currently being shot in Budapest and is slated to hit the screens in February 2017.
