BMC serves notice to Sushmita Sen after they find mosquito breeding spots at her residence

After Shahid Kapoor, it's now Sushmita Sen who seems to have been issued a notice by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), after they spotted some mosquito breeding spots at her Khar residence in suburban Mumbai. Reports have it that, BMC officials, who were trying to conduct an inspection in her house, were turned away because of Sushmita Sen's unavailability.
A BMC officer stated that they had issued a notice to Sushmita Sen under section 381b of the MMC Act, which also meant that she could be prosecuted. Besides this, the Metropolitan Magistrate can even levy a fine of up to Rs. 10,000.
Readers may be aware that, Sushmita Sen occupies her building’s topmost floor and terrace, where the BMC officials conducted an inspection on Friday.
