Salman Khan, who is promoting his upcoming film Sultan, has landed in deep trouble over his recent interview. During the promotions, Salman Khan said that he felt like a raped woman after hours of shooting in the wrestling ring.
Since the interview, Salman Khan has been facing fire from the womens commission, media and social media. When asked about the controversial comment, Salmans brother Arbaaz Khan said that he was not answerable to everything that happens with Salman. Arbaaz added that Salman Khan must have realised that the comparison he had made during the interview was not appropriate and if he felt he needed to apologise, then he will.
Arbaaz Khan hoped that if Salman made the statement by mistake then he should give a clarification as he is a youth icon and has a huge following. Arbaaz further added that sometimes people compare things to make a point which would offend others. But, that doesnt mean their intentions are wrong. It is Salmans decision on whether he wants to apologise for the comparison he made.
Yesterday, Salman Khans father Salim Khan took to his twitter account and apologised on behalf of Salman over the insensitive comment. On the work front, Salman Khans upcoming wrestling film Sultan will be releasing this Eid on July 6.
