The infamous controversy trigged by Aamir Khans statement regarding intolerance resulted in a big uproar on social media followed by huge unrest. This also meant that, his tenure as the brand ambassador of Incredible India had come to an end. No sooner did that happen; there were names being tossed around about his successor who could represent India in a positive light that ranged from Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and a handful of others which also included famous sports personalities.

Now after several speculations we hear that the megastar Amitabh Bachchan along with the international icon and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra have been roped in as the face of Incredible India. Besides the fact that Amitabh Bachchan is a living legend, the superstar has also worked towards several causes and has previously been a part of the polio campaign. On the other hand, Priyanka Chopa apart from being a successful Bollywood star as well as an award winning actress and singer internationally, is also the face of UN for several programs that focuses on the development of girl child.
