Amitabh Bachchan injures his rib cage during the shoot of Te3N

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan may be 73 years but that has never come in the way of his hard work. Even amidst several mishaps, this veteran star has always managed to overlook these difficulties and have continued with his shoot. Recently, the actor suffered a minor setback during the shooting of Sujoy Ghoshs Te3N in Kolkata as he injured his rib cage.

Talking about the injury on his blog, Amitabh said, "I injured myself last night at shoot .. just when I was all recovered from the chest infection, this happens ..No nothing to worry .. I have injured my rib cage, it pains and so when I breathe it hurts .. am doing ice pack and pain killers .. spoken to my doctor .. should take 48 hours to heal he says .. else we do X Ray or MRI or whatever he decides .." But that hasnt deterred the actors spirit to continue with his work. In fact, he even took his friends to show them his upcoming release Wazir to a multiplex in the Bengal capital. "Hurt rib from shoot .. but ok .. taking friends Ef to WAZIR at South City Mall, Kolkata this evening !! YEA," tweeted Amitabh.

Amitabh Bachchans film Wazir also starring Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari hits the silver screen today. Also, his next Te3N is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan.
