Aditya Chopra woos Ranbir Kapoor for his next

Aditya Chopra whose last directorial venture Befikre with his blue-eyed boy Ranveer Singh crashed at the box office is now looking for a complete change of cast. Having directed Shah Rukh Khan in most of his films and then digressing to a completely uncharacteristic sexy raunchy rom-com with Ranveer, Adi chopra is now looking at doing an out-and-out romantic film with Ranbir Kapoor.

While Ranbir s father Rishi Kapoor has been closely associated with the Yash Raj banner for decades Ranbir has so far worked with Yash Raj films only twice in Bachna Ae Haseeno and Rocket Singh: Salesman Of The Year, directed by Siddharth Anand and Shimit Amin respectively.

Says a source in the know, Adi offered Ranbir two films after Ranbir s debut in Saawariya. Ranbir for reasons best known to him, said no to both. But now with failures behind them both, Adi and Ranbir are both keen to work with one another. They are coming together for Adi s next.

This is one collaboration that is bound to yield extremely rewarding results.
