Karishma Kapoor as Cersei Lannister
Cersei Lannister is quite possibly the baddest and most despised fictional character in Television history. Second only to maybe her own son Goffrey. The former Queen and now current reigning Queen of Westeros, has gone through many variations of evil-ness throughout the 'Game Of Thrones' series. And has maintained her resting bitch face throughout. That's more difficult than it sounds. Hopefully Lena Headey's face will return to its happy and smiling version once the show ends.
Starting off as a pretty immoral and vindictive wife and queen, Cersei has understandably been through a lot, but has also made up for it with some pretty despicable choices and actions during the show's run. Her trauma doesn't justify her actions, but at the same time her terrible-ness is motivated by what's happened to her. She is ruthless, fierce and also at times providing brief glimpses of being hurt and maternal, which is quickly overwhelmed by more foaming at the mouth craziness.
Lena Headey is a ridiculously talented actress that plays Cersei so well, that she's become one of the most iconic villains ever, that audiences love to hate. And the only actress that has the intensity and veteran Bollywood chops to play her, is none other than Karishma Kapoor.
While Kapoor has all but retired from acting, her comeback to play a vile and despised antagonist would be an awesome career move that is unexpected. Kapoor may not have been known for her acting prowess back in the day, but her performances in films like 'Zubeidaa' and 'Fiza' properly showcase her range and her ability to pull off a role such as this. Also, due to her absence from the screen, there is better chance of audiences accepting her in such a hated role, given it's been so long since her usual ditzy and loveable heroine image during her heyday.
