The character of Varys is another one that has flipped flopped between being a good guy and a baddie throughout the series. Sure, he’s finally on the side of the good guys, but his allegiance is always in question. Even by Danerys herself had a whole 'feed you to my dragons if you screw with me' speech in Season 7 Episode 2 'Stormborn'.

But despite it all, Varys is a character who is likeable, due to his soft spoken ways and dry humour where you don't really know if he's kidding or being stone cold serious. His performances are also always enhanced due to his dynamic with other characters such as Tyrion. Varys’ cunning nature and double meaning dialogues are given life by Conleth Hill.

The only comparable Bollywood actor that has the look and ambiguous nature to play the  versatile Varys, would have to be Aditya Pancholi.

Pancholi has the proven talent to portray grey characters whose allegiances are never confirmed. The veteran Bollywood actor has also made a career or playing antagonists, while also occasionally protagonists. This established image would further lend to Varys' dual personas, where audiences can never ascertain if he is good or bad. Plus not a lot of Bollywood actors look as good bald as Pancholi.
