However, there seems to be a very huge lack of Bollywood actresses that are featured in their own movies, or even roles that require physical action from those actresses. While most can argue that this is due to a lack of demand for action movies with women, I'd like to think that is utter poppycock.

Most recently, Taapsee Pannu's very small, yet kick ass action role in Akshay Kumar's 'Baby', has been transformed into a full fledged movie with her in the lead role entitled 'Naam Shabana'. The movie promises more action and more of Pannu in a badass way that we've possibly never seen her, or any other actress in.
