But fans of the actress are missing their favourite Bhatt girl s voice from the album and have asked for the same.

Alia Bhatt has lent her voice for many of her films including the first instalment of the Dulhania franchise, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, for which she sang the female version of the song Samjhawan . With the release of the slow romantic track Humsafar from Badrinath Ki Dulhania, fans of Alia Bhatt demanded a version by the actress-singer. In fact, they even started posting about it on social media with #WewantHumsafarbyAlia and now we hear that the actress has finally decided to bow down to their requests.

Yes, Alia Bhatt has recorded her version of the Akhil Sachdeva track and has apparently even shot a video with her co-star Varun Dhawan. From what we hear, the promotional video was to be shot on Monday but it is being wrapped up today, that is Tuesday, March 7. As far as its release is concerned, it will be happening only after the release of the film.

Marking the occasion of Holi, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, directed by Shashank Khaitan, is slated to release on March 10.
