Rock On 2 passed with a UA certificate and one change

Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and director Shujaat Saudaagar can exhale. Rock On 2 has gone through the censor board and come out unscathed.

The film has been passed with a UA and almost no cuts. Only one piece of dialogue needs to be redubbed.

Says director Shujaat Saudaagar, It s a dialogue that we need to re-do for the purpose of clarity. There s a character who is played by an actor in Meghalaya. His Hindi is not very clear. We need to do a small re-dubbing for the sake of clarity. Even before the censor board asked we were going to do this re-dubbing.

Says producer Ritesh Sidhwami happily, Honestly, I expected no cuts. It s a clean wholesome film to be enjoyed by the whole family. Audiences can expect a different experience in this segment of the Rock On journey.
