Sonakshi Sinha opts out of Apoorva Lakhias Haseena

We all know that Sonakshi Sinha was very excited to play the role of the underworld don Dawood Ibrahims sister Haseena in the biopic Haseena. She even tweeted stating "It is a brilliant script... I cant wait to play Haseena". The latest update however is that, she is no longer a part of the film. The reason being cited is date hassles.

Speaking about the same, the films director Apoorva Lakhia said that, they failed to get around 40 days from Sonakshi Sinha for her costume trails etc. He added that her dates went haywire when John Abraham hurt himself during Force 2. Thats why Sonakshi decided to step down.

Meanwhile, Apoorva Lakhia is also on a lookout for a new producer after Mubina Rattonsey (the films producer) left the project.
