Honest Police officer Inderjeets life takes turn for worst when he has to arrest Shantis father, Mr. Din Dayal for murdering Chandu and gets transferred. Years later, retired Inderjeet arranges his adopted daughter Neelus marriage with Vijay but later the married couple gets killed by Shantis brother (Ajit & his friends) and when police gives no response, Inderjeet had to take law into his hands to avenge his adopted daughters death.
