6 Bollywood Movies To Look Out For In FEBRUARY 2018

'Hichki' (February 23. India & USA)

It's the return of fan favourite and beloved Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji! The movie itself is one that's very rare in Bollywood.

The trailer for 'Hichki' is wonderful. At first, it may seem worrying to see Rani Mukherji playing a character with Tourrette's Syndrome, an aspect of the character that may seem silly or too outrageous. But by the end of the trailer, Mukherji completely sells you on her character, and her mission in the film.

For Hollywood, this story of a righteous teacher coming in to teach and change the lives of troublesome students seems cliche. However, Bollywood has yet to properly explore this subject matter fully. While 'Taare Zameen Par' did this wonderfully, it focused more on one child than an ensemble, which seems to be where 'Hichki' is going. The film is directed by Sidharth P. Malhotra (not the actor) whose last film 'We Are Family' was pretty admirable.
